Spring is all about new beginnings and transformations. The season represents a fresh start; the chance to start over. Come to the Spring Equinox Sound Healing and set your Spring Intention for new beginnings!
Our needs change through the year depending on the season. In the wintertime, we tend to withdraw more while in the spring we tend to be ready for more movement and growth. Similarly, we have different emotional seasons and rhythms in our ives. By aligning with our unique needs each season it can help us to create a sense of harmony within and connection to the world around us. By embracing the guidance of the seasons it allows us to recognize the beauty in the blooming and withering in our own transformation.
Each Equinox & Solstice will be welcomed with intention setting before the Wednesday evening group Sound Healing. Afterwards, the FSC Message Bearers will bring Greetings from Spirit for those in attendance.
The Seasonal Sound Healings each fall on a Wednesday evening and run from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Cost is $15 per person. Children 12 years old and younger are FREE. No reservations required. Pay at the door via Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Sound Healing starts promptly at 7:00 pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure seating and to get comfortable in your space before intention setting.
Attendees are welcome to bring yoga mats, pillows, and blankets, but there are always chairs available as well. If you prefer sitting, travel neck pillows help make relaxation easier.
Organized & facilitated by Certified Sound Healing Therapist Melissa Nolan, L.Ac. Each Sound Healing, Melissa will have Assistants and Guest Sound Healers accompanying her.
